The special exhibition for National History Museum Vienna (NHM) “Best Before” takes a look at the reasons behind food waste. Farming, manufacturing, shops, homes, restaurants: the causes of this phenomenon are diverse – and disturbing.

Like the content of the exhibition, so does the exhibition design. Reuse, sustainability and as far as possible avoidance of new purchases for the exhibition. we have also recycled as much as possible after the exhibition.
